Interim Management Accountant | 9-Month FTC | Leicestershire |£45,000 to £50,000
I'm partnering with a successful and well-established UK manufacturing business to recruit an Interim Management Accountant for a 9-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative finance team where you'll play a key role in keeping the finance function running smoothly while providing valuable insight to the wider business. It's an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
What you'll be involved in:
· Producing accurate month-end reporting and P&L analysis
· Managing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controls
· Partnering with operational teams to support business performance
· Intercompany accounting and Intrastat reporting
· Supporting budgeting, forecasting and year-end activities
· Assisting with audit requirements
· Driving continuous improvements to processes and ways of working
We're looking for someone who:
· Has previous experience in a Management Accountant role
· Is proactive, adaptable and happy to get involved wherever needed
· Has manufacturing experience (desirable, but by no means essential)
