Role Overview:
Join a fast growing, PE backed technology and infrastructure business in the heart of Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious team with a great culture, where personality is valued alongside technical ability. Working in a fast paced, high growth environment, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day finance function while contributing to process improvements and finance transformation projects. The business is looking for a fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant with previous experience working in a PE backed environment. Being immediately available is essential, along with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive as part of an energetic and supportive team.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow reports.
- Manage the month end close, including journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Produce budgets and forecasts while monitoring financial performance against targets.
- Carry out variance analysis and provide clear commentary on key financial movements.
- Business partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and support decision making.
- Prepare management reports and KPIs for senior stakeholders to support strategic planning.
About you:
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Experience in PE backed companies
- Experience using ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and problem solving approach.
