Overview
We are working in partnership with a fantastic, established and growing Insurance Software business who are looking to hire an Interim Marketing Lead to drive the function over a period of 12 months. You will manage a team of 3 and report into Senior Leadership in an ambitious and well established Insurtech company.
This role is responsible for leading the marketing team, delivering strategy and multi-channel marketing programmes to drive the future of the long-term sales lifecycle.
This role would be perfect for a strong, B2B generalist marketing leader with experience in Insurance (and ideally technology) who has a particular strength in B2B Events and Community building through networking and campaign execution.
Responsibilities Include:
- B2B Marketing Strategy
- Multi-channel Campaign Management
- Events Management and Marketing – Trade Shows, Conferences, Client Engagements.
- Overseeing (though no need to be a specialist in) Paid Media, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, CRM
What We're Looking for
Essential:
- Very strong broad generalist B2B marketing leadership experience
- Experience in Marketing Strategy and Planning, aligning to commercial goals
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns in insurance / Insurtech / Insurance SaaS or similar – either marketing to these companies or for them
- Strong experience in Events Marketing and Networking
- Strong stakeholder management skills with commercial acumen
Desirable:
- Experience in a Technology environment is desirable
- Experience managing a team – desirable
- Experience in a midsize company – desirable
- Management of a small team – desirable
- An understanding of CRM, Marketing Analytics, and Paid channels (managed here by specialists) – desirable
