Description
As an Interim Payroll Officer duties will include but are not limited to,
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and handle employee queries effectively.
- Prepare and submit P11Ds, ensuring accurate reporting of employee benefits and expenses in line with HMRC guidelines.
- Handle statutory deductions, including tax, national insurance, and pension contributions.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in payroll data promptly.
Profile
A successful Interim Payroll Officer should have:
- Proven experience managing payroll processes
- Prepared and/or submitted P11ds previously
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
- Hourly rate between £19-£20
- Fully remote working available
- Ongoing assignment- likely to be for 2/3 months
