What You'll Do:
As Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive planning strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of talented planners, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure all parties are aligned.
- Data Analysis: Utilise data-driven insights to inform planning decisions and improve project outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing planning processes and implement best practises across the organisation.
What We're Looking For:
We want someone who is not only skilled but also brings a positive energy to the team! The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Planning Manager or in a similar role within the aerospace industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in planning software and tools.
