This is an exciting opportunity for an Interim Project Manager (Trade Compliance) to support international markets and trade processes to support expansion.

Description
The global trade team enables growth by ensuring our clients products move seamlessly and compliantly across borders around the world. Based in London, the Interim Project Manager will support the global trade key focus areas of compliance, operations and optimisation whilst supporting internal partners. Key responsibilities will include:
Project initiation and planning (set the project up for success)
- Conduct fit-gap, cost-benefit, and options analysis.
- Build business cases to support executive decision-making
- Clarify project scope and objectives, document project charters and execution plans, defining scope, timelines, milestones, resourcing, stakeholders, risks and costs.
Project delivery (support our clients teams and internal partners)
- Facilitate cross-functional project delivery and accountability
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions
- Maintain stakeholder alignment and engagement
Project governance and reporting (manage the project responsibly)
- Track and report progress against milestones, KPIs, and metrics
- Escalate and manage changes to scope, timeline, resourcing, or budget
Profile
The successful Interim Project Manager (Trade Compliance) should be able to commute to our clients London offices 3-4 days per week and demonstrate the following experience:
- Previous project management or equivalent experience (e.g., consulting)
- Experience delivering projects or programmes within trade/customs and logistics.
- Proven ability to independently deliver projects with measurable impact.
- Experience initiating projects, including business cases, scope, budgets, resourcing and success metrics.
- Project management and/or agile certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, CSPO).
- Hands-on experience with PM tools (e.g. MS Office, MS Project, RAID, RACI).
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving results.
- Demonstrated success leading through influence across diverse stakeholders.
- Clear, proactive and concise communicator.
