Base Heathrow (Terminal 5)
upto £65,000 + Car Allowance + 10% Bonus

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a well-established logistics organisation based at Heathrow in the search for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join the business on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished recruitment professional who enjoys developing people, driving recruitment performance, and creating a positive team culture. Managing a small team of recruiters with varying levels of experience and capability, we're looking for a leader who can coach, mentor and inspire rather than simply manage performance.

- Salary of £65,000

This role is available due to maternity leave, with an ideal start date in July to allow for a comprehensive handover before the current postholder begins leave in September.
Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager:
- Lead, develop and support a team of recruitment professionals
- Provide coaching and guidance to help individuals maximise their potential
- Drive recruitment best practice across the function
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business
- Monitor recruitment activity, performance and service delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and candidate experience
- Support workforce planning and recruitment strategy initiatives
About You:
- Proven experience in a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong people management skills with a coaching-led leadership style
- Ability to develop teams with differing levels of experience and capability
- Experience within a relevant fast paced sector such as logistics or FMCG is essential
- Demonstrable track record of delivering quality recruitment outcomes
- Stable career history with a commitment to building long-term success
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Whilst initially there’s an opportunity for hybrid working, please note this role will move to 5 days per week in the office from January 2027 so please consider this before applying.
