I'm supporting a Warwickshire-based manufacturing business on a commercial finance project. This assignment is focused on ensuring accurate cost modelling, appropriate overhead allocation, and overall alignment ahead of a new ERP implementation.
- Lead the validation and rebuild of complex manufacturing costing data (job costing, BOMs, routings and standard costs) to support a global ERP transformation.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Procurement and Commercial teams to ensure accurate cost modelling, correct overhead allocation, and alignment ahead of system migration.
- Analyse and model the impact of new systems and costing methodologies, providing insight into short-term implementation effects and longer-term operating models.
