Our client, London Borough of Bexley, is seeking an agency Team Manager for its Referral & Assessment team.
This post will last 3 months initially, paid at £45.20 per hour.

The role will involve the following:
- Ensuring timely response to all contacts and referrals
- Overseeing case allocation, prioritisation and workflow
- Ensuring statutory safeguarding duties are met
- Maintain performance and quality standards
- Work closely with partner agencies
- Manage and supervise staff
Requirements of the role:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Fully Social Work England registered
- 3 years post-qualified experience in employment of a local authority (DFE rules)
- Must have significant experience working as a team manager in children’s social care
- Must have strong working knowledge in a Referral & Assessment setting
