Stride Resource Management
The Role
- To produce new business income, maximise and manage prospects from the company database in accordance with Company Procedures and Regulatory Requirements.
Main Tasks
- To generate enquiries by making outbound telephone calls.
- Respond to enquiries from clients, brokers and underwriters received by phone and e-mail in a courteous and helpful manner and ensure that all information required by clients or underwriters is obtained and communicated.
- To complete the key task of "fact finding" to identify clients requirements and to provide a quotation to fulfil their Demands and Needs.
- To maintain an accurate record of the assessment of the clients' awareness of risk and insurance as well as their circumstances and objectives.
- By using the information gathered, determine which Insurers will provide the most best option for the covers required.
- To obtain quotations, using delegated authority arrangements or by referring to our in-house Underwriter and to communicate quotations, advising the most appropriate in terms of price and cover to meet the applicant's needs.
- If the quote is accepted verbally, to issue written confirmation, providing full details of cover and enclosing the "Terms of Business" document.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be required as directed.
Key Performance Indicators
- Achieve new business in accordance with budgeted income.
- Manage the client/prospect database to generate sufficient leads.
