Internal Sales Account Manager
- Location: Woolpit, Suffolk (IP30)
- Salary: £28,000 – £33,000
- Job Type: Full-time (8am-5pm)
We are looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and build lasting relationships with a diverse customer base. This role offers uncapped commission, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity for professional growth.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Business Growth: Utilise smart tools, databases, and social media platforms to identify new leads, initiate conversations, and reach out to potential new business.
- Nurturing Relationships: Manage and expand our existing customer base, including independent tradespeople, installers, large-scale developers, and builders.
- Pipeline & Project Management: Handle incoming enquiries, review plans/specifications, and prepare accurate quotations to meet clients' specific needs.
- Being the Expert: Consult with customers, answer technical queries (training provided), and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, with experience in construction, building supplies, or trade sales being a bonus but not essential.
- Communication Skills: Confident and warm telephone manner, with the ability to write sharp, professional emails.
- The Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in making sales calls.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
