About our client
We are working with a global institutional infrastructure investor, looking to add an associate to their newly formed secondaries group.
They hold significant AuM, with a large allocation devoted to fund of funds, secondaries, and co-investments. This is across a broad range of infrastructure sectors and geographies, allowing the role to offer a very strong variety of interesting deals.
Additionally, the platform is backed not only by institutional capital, but also by traditional closed-ended funds, offering flexibility of deployment and opportunity.
The team in London is lean, high-performing, and collaborative, making this role an excellent opportunity to join an established and well performing but entrepreneurial group with great immediate responsibility. What the job involves
- Assisting in all aspects of the transaction process, across financial modelling and due diligence
- Working with seniors to prepare materials for the investment committee approval process
- Representing the fund with external stakeholders and at AGMs
- Supporting the asset management process, including monitoring, performance evaluation and preparation of key decisions in relation to the investments
Who we are looking for
- Senior Analyst or Associate-level experience
- A strong track record in investment banking, secondaries investing, or infrastructure investing, with no preference as to which
- An interest in and initial understanding of infrastructure or secondaries
- Entrepreneurial and dynamic, with strong proactivity and teamwork
