Investment Banking Associate, Bulge Bracket Bank, London
We are now working with a bulge bracket investment bank based in London.
They are now looking to add an associate to their investment banking team. This team works on corporate finance and M&A advisory for blue chip international clients.
In this position, you will work on:
- Deal execution – working on deal execution and advisory mandates for their high profile client base. This will include valuations, financial modelling, marketing materials, due diligence, and process coordination. The team works on the full range of corporate finance such as M&A, raising capital and strategic advisory
- Financial Analysis & Modelling – building financial models for deals and carrying out detailed financial analysis for deals
- Work closely with clients, advising them throughout deals on the best financial strategies to achieve their objectives
They are looking for people at the Associate (1) or (2) level.
They are interested in people who will have a background as follows;
- Investment banking associates from other firms
- 3rd year analysts up for promotion this year
- Private equity professionals looking to return to investment banking
- Excellent deal skills
