Reporting into the IT Support and Infrastructure Manager you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of key business systems and supporting infrastructure.
What will you do
- Work with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, identify solutions, and deliver system improvements that support operational and business objectives.
- Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business applications, including SharePoint, Dynamics NAV (Enwis), Business Central, and SQL-based systems.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers regarding system support, maintenance, and service agreements.
- Manage the procurement and administration of IT hardware, software, licences, mobile devices, internet services, and related equipment.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records, including hardware, software licences, warranties, and support agreements.
- Process IT procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and related queries.
- Administer access control systems and security passes.
- Coordinate the recycling of toner cartridges and other approved IT consumables.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the IT team and assist end users when required
- Provide backup support to the Support team, by way of liaising with end users

About You
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within a multi-site organisation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. .
- The ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and use initiative when required.
- Sound judgement and a professional approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- The ability to remain calm and effective when working under pressure.
