We’re recruiting an IT Support Apprentice to support our growth and assist our existing team. You’ll work and learn on the job, attending regular learning sessions to develop your skills. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in IT support and help ensure our IT infrastructure runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to technical support requests

Troubleshooting and issue resolution

User account management

System monitoring and maintenance

Infrastructure and device configuration

Documentation and reporting

User training and support
The skills you'll bring:

Knowledge of IT systems, software, and infrastructure
-
A keen interest in expanding technical knowledge of other areas such as networking firewalls or security
-
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues efficiently

Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear instructions to non-technical users
-
User-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support
Working week: Hybrid/office-based (usually 3 days in office)
Entry requirements:

3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject

GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
