How will my apprenticeship work?
- Your apprenticeship averages 12 – 18 months.
You are employed with time to study, receive a salary and holidays like all other employees and all your training is free.
- Throughout, you are supported by your skills coach and your account manager.
They work with your line manager to ensure you settle in, help you develop the skills to pass your assessments, and provide support.
- The learning follows a blended learning model.
You benefit from online and classroom training and also on the job learning.
