Cloud Security Professional
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Professional to join the Office of the CISO. This is an exciting opportunity for a security expert who is passionate about cloud technologies, enterprise cyber defence, and emerging AI security challenges.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will provide security expertise during customer engagements, support responses to technical security enquiries, and help strengthen the organisation's security messaging and positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Support commercial teams by providing expert guidance on cloud security during customer and prospect engagements.
- Respond to customer security questionnaires and technical security enquiries.
- Contribute to the development and communication of the organisation's security strategy and messaging.
- Act as a trusted subject matter expert on cloud security and cybersecurity best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent security positioning throughout the sales lifecycle.
Essential experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT and at least 5 years specialising in Cloud Security.
- A solid understanding of security considerations relating to Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI and Agentic AI implementations.
- Experience working with cloud operations, either within a cloud provider or as a customer.
- Expertise in enterprise cyber defence techniques.
- Strong knowledge of internet security protocols and technologies.
- A good understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience supporting customer-facing or pre-sales security engagements.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team.
- Confidence in acting as an authoritative source of security expertise.
Qualifications
Essential – Fluent Italian
Desirable – Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CSSP, CEH or equivalent.
