Job Description
- Manage and support core IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, virtualisation, cloud services, storage, and backup solutions.
- Ensure infrastructure systems remain secure, reliable, and available across multiple business locations.
- Support and deliver infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, cloud migrations, ERP implementations, and site integrations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure performance, resolving technical issues and escalations within agreed service levels.
- Contribute to cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives while maintaining accurate technical documentation.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
- Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualisation platforms.
- Experience supporting cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments, including backup and recovery technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, ideally within an ITIL-based environment.
