Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic non for profit to help them secure a IT Manager/IT Operations Lead to oversee relationships with there third party IT Suppliers.
- Liaise with the external IT support service to ensure all staff are receiving appropriate help and be the key point for simpler activities in the office (for example, laptop swaps, user administration and file access etc)
- Respond to feedback from staff regarding any issues with outsourced providers.
- Follow up and resolve prevailing/ongoing issues.
- Escalate more serious concerns
- Participate in the AI Champions group and act as link point between staff and external IT providers to provide guidance and training
- Provide advice and training on best practice use of IT system to staff, cyber security in collaboration with outside providers
- Provide software, hardware and information asset management
- Support the periodic IT review process, which covers routine reviews such as websites, user accounts, assets, software licenses and subscriptions
- Participate in the SharePoint Champions group and lead on SharePoint housekeeping
- Serve as a member of the IT Programme Board and lead on some IT Programme workstreams
- Input into the IT programme issue and risk register
- Support the management of IT budgets and advise on reallocating resources where necessary
- Develop and update as appropriate all IT policies and ensure that employees are following computer use, information security and privacy policies using outsourced providers for guidance and assistance.
You will be required to work in the office 2 days per week, 3 days from home.
