IT Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a key business change programme. This role is not suited to a technical PM, instead success will come from excellent stakeholder management, delivery focus and the ability to drive projects forward in a complex environment.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within business change initiatives
- Confident working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and keep momentum across multiple workstreams
- Personality and approach are critical – this role requires someone who can build trust, challenge appropriately and move things forward
- Following the initial project, additional projects are likely to be added, offering scope for extended engagement and broader responsibility.
- Strong MS Office skills; Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Self-sufficient with wide experience in project management governance
- Proficient at project planning, co-ordinating resources and resolving conflicts
- Demonstrable skills and experience in delivering against project objectives
- Takes responsibility for architectural adherence, quality standards, policies and internal IT processes.
- Track record of managing business and technical projects of strategic significance via third party suppliers.
