At David Lloyd Clubs we are enjoying a sustained period of growth opening amazing new clubs in the UK & Europe. We are currently looking for an IT Systems Support Analyst to join our team in Hatfield.
As IT Systems Support Analyst you will be responsible for all applications, infrastructure and data service incidents, changes or problems. You will work with relevant suppliers to resolve incidents within agreed service levels alongside proactively identifying potential or recurring service issues. You will support the supplier management process and be involved in the testing and go live activities for introducing any application, infrastructure or data changes.
*This is an office based role at our Hatfield, Club Support location, some travel to clubs and meetings will be required. A full UK Drivers Licence will be of benefit to the successful individual. This is a Mon-Fri position with ad hoc 'on call' coverage of the department during evenings & weekends (paid)

About you:
- Experience in an outsourced fully managed IT service environment.
- Experience in a multi-site business environment using technologies such as Active Directory, Citrix, SOL Server, Web Applications, SD-WAN, Azure
- Highly experienced in incident management, including managing business expectations and communication.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 1D and Office 365
- Ability to use a call logging system (e.g. SysAid, ServiceNow)
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
