For the successful IT Technician our client is offering:

The role – IT Technician:
- Providing all aspects of IT support to staff
- Providing first line support
- Logging incident & service requests onto the system
- Providing support to the Senior IT Engineer
- Escalate tasks to 3rd line and to the support team abroad
- Working on IT projects
- Provide operational IT Support within the Department
What our client is looking for in a IT Technician:
- Demonstrate experience with Windows 7 & 10
- Server Skills
- Trouble shooting skills
- Network skills
- Level 2 NVQ in IT or equivalent
