We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming primary schools across Chester.
About the role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning, provide one-to-one or small group support, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting children with their learning and development
- Assisting the teacher with classroom activities
- Promoting a safe and engaging learning environment
- Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children (school or childcare setting)
- A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3) desirable but not essential
