The Role
We are looking for experienced Carpenter Joiners to join our team, working across a variety of refurbishment and maintenance contracts throughout the Catterick region.
Projects span several sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, education, defence and social housing, offering a diverse and rewarding workload. The Carpenter Joiner will carry out a wide range of first and second fix joinery tasks as part of a skilled and professional team.
Responsibilities

Carry out first and second fix joinery on refurbishment and fit-out projects.

Install and fit kitchens, doors, door frames, skirting boards, architraves, window boards, and flooring.

Undertake partitioning, boxing-in, and general carpentry repairs.

Fit ironmongery and carry out any required adjustments.

Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with site safety requirements.

Work independently or as part of a team, maintaining good communication with site supervisors, clients, and other trades.

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working area at all times.
Requirements

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), or qualified by time served in Carpentry & Joinery.

Proven experience in refurbishment, fit-out, or maintenance joinery (not new build).

Competent in both first and second fix joinery tasks.

CSCS card (preferred but not essential).

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Catterick region.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.

Ability to work safely and efficiently under minimal supervision.
