Description
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
- Process invoices and payments, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes effectively.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address financial queries.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy at all times.
Profile
A successful Junior Accounts Assistant should have:
- A foundation in accounting or finance, such as relevant coursework or qualifications.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
