Role Overview:

  • Location: Milton Keynes (3 days a week in office)
  • Package: Competitive salary + training and development opportunities
  • Duration: Initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to go permanent
  • Industry: Software Development / Technology

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the processing of customer orders and invoices, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor incoming support requests and direct them to the appropriate teams.
  • Help maintain efficient customer service processes by ensuring enquiries are handled promptly.
  • Keep internal records, systems, and documentation updated and organised.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across different areas of the business.
  • Work closely with colleagues to help coordinate operational activities.
  • Identify and escalate any issues that may impact service delivery or order completion.
  • Contribute ideas and support improvements to administrative processes and workflows.

Main Skills Needed:

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Comfortable working with computers and business software.
  • Reliable, proactive approach with a sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Collaborative team player with a professional and adaptable mindset.
  • Previous administration, customer service, Microsoft Office, or Zendesk experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
