Junior Application Support Analyst – Office Based

Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support across business applications and operational systems.
- Investigate and resolve issues relating to orders, inventory, integrations and system workflows.
- Support testing, configuration and delivery of ongoing technology projects.
- Maintain documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience within Application Support, IT Support or Business Systems Support.
- Experience supporting business applications, ERP platforms or ecommerce systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical and logical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
