Junior Buyer Dorking, Surrey | £30,000 – £38,000 DOE | Hybrid Working After Probation
Fancy buying novelty gifts and gadgets for a living? Our client, an employee-owned business with 60 stores across the UK is looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful Junior Buyer to join their buying team at Head Office in Dorking. Reporting to the Head of Buying, you'll source product across all channels for your own categories, negotiate with suppliers, keep an eye on the competition, and get out to trade shows to spot what's next.
You'll also directly manage the Buying Administrator and the dropship range — so there's real scope to lead as well as buy.

What you'll bring:
• Experience as a Junior Buyer, or as an Assistant Buyer/Buying Administrator ready for the next step up
• A solid understanding of key buying processes • Good commercial acumen and market awareness
• Strong Excel skills
• Great organisational and communication skills
