We are now looking for a Junior Creative to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 38.75 hours per week.

The Role

As a Junior Creative, you will take a lead in the planning and designing of visual assets across all our marketing channels and lead the planning and coordination of video content across our marketing channels.

You will utilise your graphic design experience to create compelling visuals for our product listings, help fine-tune and formalise our brand guidelines, deliver new packaging designs for our products, storyboard, come up with ideas and briefs for videos, as well as edit and make cuts yourself.

You will also communicate with our production partners and UGC creators to ensure your vision is clearly put across and followed.

In this role, you will be able to come up with ideas and execute them in a creative way that aligns with the business’ brand and vision.

Additionally, you will:

– Identify opportunities for brand storytelling, tutorials and social-first video content

– Manage production timelines and ensure deadlines are met

– Provide creative feedback to refine and improve content

About You

To be considered as a Junior Creative, you will need:

– Experience in creating, co-ordinating or managing video content production.

– Strong graphic design experience and portfolio, high proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (After Effects also preferred but not essential).

– Strong creative briefing skills and the ability to communicate a clear vision.

– A strong eye for design, visual storytelling and engaging digital content.

– Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Communication and relationship-building skills.

– The ability to work collaboratively with creators, studios and internal teams.

– A commercially aware mindset and understanding of marketing content performance.
