Junior Data Technician / BDX Technician
A specialist insurance organisation is seeking a Junior Data Technician / BDX Technician to join its operations team.
This role supports the processing, validation, and reporting of underwriting and claims data, with a strong focus on bordereaux management and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and validate bordereaux data from brokers and partners
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain accurate data in internal systems
- Support reporting, MI production, and month-end activities
- Assist with data cleansing and process improvements
Requirements
- 12–18 months’ experience in data, insurance operations, or bordereaux
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Organised, analytical, and proactive
Experience in an MGA, Lloyd’s, or delegated authority environment is advantageous.
