Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for either an Estimator or Trainee Estimator on behalf of a growing business based in Caterham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in estimating or an experienced Estimator seeking their next role. Full training is available for trainee candidates, alongside genuine long-term career progression.
Salary dependent on experience.
Duties will include:
- Reviewing tender enquiries, drawings and specifications.
- Preparing estimates and pricing documents.
- Attending site visits where required.
- Liaising with internal teams throughout the tender process.
- Assisting with tender submissions and cost analysis.
- Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent numerical and organisational skills.
- Be highly detail-oriented.
- Have strong IT skills, particularly Excel.
- Be eager to learn (trainee) or have previous estimating experience within construction or a related sector.
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
