Description
- Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records are maintained.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant data and insights.
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends or variances.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.
Profile
A successful Junior Finance Analyst should have:
- CIMA, ACCA, ACA, AAT Studier
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. ERP Systems, i.e. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics
- An understanding of financial principles and reporting standards.
- Good numerical and analytical ability, with exposure to or an interest in financial modelling and data analysis
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
