Salary: £24,500 to £27,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and the wider team
- Assisting with the processing of new business applications
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
- Preparing client documentation and meeting packs
- Liaising with product providers to obtain information and updates
- Assisting with client review administration
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Handling client queries via telephone and email
- Supporting compliance and data management processes
- General office administration and ad-hoc duties as required
What We're Looking For:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within financial services, banking, insurance, or a professional services environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Professional and client-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Must be able to work full-time from the office
Desirable Skills:
- Exposure to financial services administration
- Experience using CRM systems
- Knowledge of pensions, investments, or protection products
- Familiarity with Intelligent Office (IO)
- Interest in developing a career within financial planning
