Junior Legal PA (Cheltenham)
A great opportunity for a Junior Legal PA who has completed their Legal Secretary course or individuals with administrative or customer service experience looking to gain experience at a top international law firm.

Junior Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
- Able to develop solutions to ensure an exceptional service is always provided
- Consistently and appropriately update service users on progress and status of tasks where appropriate
- Complete searches at the request of Partners, fee earners, Secretarial Leads or Executives i.e. photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing tasks
- Prepare files for costs assessments
- Support the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded onto the system
- Any ad hoc duties as requested by the business
Junior Legal PA Skills & Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months administration experience
- GCSEs graded A to C to include maths and English (or equivalent level of qualification)
