A highly regarded City-based professional services firm is seeking a Junior Legal PA to join its friendly Commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary, Team Assistant or Junior PA looking to take the next step in their career. Working closely with partners and fee earners, you will provide proactive support including diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, billing, client administration and general team support.
About You:
- At least 3 years' experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, confident and able to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
