We are looking for an entry level Sales Account Manager to join our clients growing manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is target driven, wants to develop commercial skills, and have the ability build customer relationships with customers.
The Company
Our client is a well-established UK manufacturer with an excellent reputation within the manufacturing industry. Due to continued growth, our client is looking for their next Junior Sales Account Manager to join the team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and target-driven individual who enjoys building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be confident communicating with clients, managing accounts, and working towards sales and performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a Junior Sales Account Manager, you will support and manage a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships and helping customers find the right solutions for their needs. This role offers a great mix of customer service, relationship management and commercial development.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Managing customer enquiries by phone and email
- Following up quotations and lapsed customer accounts
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Keeping customer records up to date within the CRM system
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing customer accounts
- Providing general ad hoc duties to internal teams
The Candidate
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. You may already have experience in a customer-facing role and be looking for your first opportunity within an office-based environment.
- Must have at least 6 months experience within sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident communicator when speaking to customers
- A proactive and positive approach to your work with a willingness to learn
- The ability to build rapport and build relationships

- £26,000 – £28,000 per annum
- £400 monthly bonus
