We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Key Account Co-ordinatorto join our client's growing team. This role is key to building and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring the delivery of a "world-class" service.
You will work closely with customers, engineers, schedulers, and internal teams to coordinate service delivery, meet KPIs, and ensure all work is completed in line with agreed SLAs. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
We are looking for someone with key account co-ordination experience who can work in a busy role.
Duties include
- Liaise with schedulers and specialist teams to ensure bookings meet customer SLA requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Manage all activity through the service management system
- Maintain accurate records and update customer portals with booking details
- Prepare and send RAMS, permits, and booking documentation
- Support permit requests and job progression via internal admin teams
- Process quotes and raise calls for completion
- Order parts through the appropriate departments
- Produce weekly performance reports and data analysis (including pivot tables)
Skills/Experience
- Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
- Scheduling experience
- Ability to work proactively and react quickly under pressure
- Confident communicator with customers and internal teams
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Experience working to KPIs and SLAs
- High level of customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding expectations
- IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Resilient, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
