The Role
- Managing and nurturing key accounts to maintain and grow business relationships
- Increase the number of referring consultants and enquiries within the patch
- Act as a main point of contact for clients and their needs
- Address and resolve agency queries
- Follow up with all consultants in the patch regularly to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities
- Action cross sell opportunities identified
- Maintain a record of existing accounts, record account/consultant profile information/ activity and competitor
- Account map every account to identify key stakeholders
- Provide Umbrella training where necessary
- Attend face to face agency visits, and some hospitality where required
- Complete all commercial request forms required for the patch
Experience
- Worked in a similar role where the expectations split between sales and support
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Experience in exceeding call targets each day
- Superior organisational skills, with ability to work independently with minimal support
- Previous experience collaborating with end clients
- Experience in working with and maximising usage of internal systems and Sales CRM system
- Proficient in Microsoft office
The ideal candidate will have worked in the PAYE Umbrella sector or have a good understanding of legislation and its impact on the contract recruitment sector.
