Do you love beautiful products with purpose? This is an opportunity to join a 30-year-strong gifting brand known for sustainable gifts and greeting cards that genuinely make people smile. They’re growing, and they need a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Key Account Manager to help take them further.
The Role
You’ll own a wholesale portfolio worth £1–2 million, managing a mix of established retail accounts while actively developing new business. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll be at the heart of the commercial operation – the face of the brand in meetings and at trade shows, collaborating on product launches, and making sure the right ranges land with the right buyers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing a portfolio of major wholesale accounts
- Growing and nurturing key retail relationships to maximise sales
- Identifying and winning new accounts that are the right fit for the brand – and building them for the long term
- Negotiating pricing and terms that maximise margins and fuel growth
- Representing the brand at trade shows and customer events
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams to bring exciting new ranges to market
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in account management within gifting, greetings cards, or a or similar consumer product sector
- A proven track record of hitting targets and opening new doors
- Strong commercial acumen, comfortable with numbers, Excel, and CRM tools
- Excellent negotiation skills and the confidence to manage senior retail relationships
- The drive to work autonomously, and the instinct to collaborate when it matters
