We are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in South Northamptonshire that is seeking to appoint a talented KS2 Teacher from September 2026. The school is open to considering candidates seeking either a permanent position or a one-term supply opportunity, making this an excellent role for teachers looking for flexibility alongside a rewarding classroom position.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and achievement

  • Plan, prepare, and assess lessons to meet the needs of all learners

  • Support pupils in developing confidence, resilience, and independence

  • Monitor progress and use assessment effectively to drive pupil attainment

  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and classroom standards

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil success

  • Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school community

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 in a UK primary school setting

  • Good understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching practices

  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills

  • Passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential

  • Adaptable, positive, and committed to delivering high-quality education

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • ECTs are welcome to apply and will be fully supported within the role
