We are working with a primary school in Brent seeking to appoint a Key Stage 2 Teacher from September 2026.
Responsibilities of this Key Stage 2 Teacher role:

Stay up to date with educational research and policies through training, workshops, and reading, while actively implementing all school and local authority initiatives.

Promote a positive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practice, motivating staff, and representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks.

Plan and deliver a high-quality, inclusive curriculum that challenges all pupils and supports progress in core and non-core subjects.

Monitor pupil progress closely, using data to identify and implement effective interventions that close learning gaps and raise achievement.

Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and communicate curriculum developments.
The Ideal Candidate for this Key Stage 2 Teacher role will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2
-
Be committed to delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
-
Show excellent classroom and behaviour management
-
Be a team player with a reflective, proactive approach
