NonStop Consulting is working with a Local Authority in the East of England area in order to help them find a Fostering Team Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.
The Local Authority has a Good Ofsted rating, so you will be joining a very nice working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
The Fostering Team Manager will oversee a stable team that includes several Supervising Social Workers, two Advanced Practitioners and a few Support Workers.
They offer hybrid working, so you will have the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.

Requirements:
- Fostering Team Manager
- experience in kinship and recruitment or fostering
- must be a Qualified Social Worker with a Social Work England registration
- Full driving licence
