Are you a Key Stage 2 teacher looking for a school placement from September? Perhaps you've had enough of short term cover bookings and are looking for a school and role to make your own?
Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a busy, community led Primary School in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, for a Key Stage 2 teacher (Year 4) to join the team from September 2026.
This established and vibrant primary school has a varied intake of pupils who are in need of a committed and upbeat teacher to help them continue their progression through KS2. This is a well resourced school with strong leadership looking for a teacher who can manage a diverse class of pupils onto Year 5. Able to offer permanent roles from Easter 2026 (or sooner for those who impress) the school is interviewing ASAP following a September appointment retracting their acceptance.
The position is a full-time post with full teaching responsibilities, the school welcomes applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs. Working alongside a dedicated and supportive SLT team who are passionate about giving their pupils every opportunity to succeed and inspire their love of learning.
The successful candidate will:

Teach a great, diverse, Key Stage 2 (year 4) class in a supportive and well-resourced school

Be paid inline with the Main Pay Scale from day 1 on a PAYE basis (no umbrella)

Contribute to the school's wider, caring, community-focused ethos

Enjoy being part of a friendly, collaborative teaching team
