KS1 Teacher Opportunity – Rotherham (Temporary)
Are you a passionate KS1 Teacher looking for a rewarding teaching opportunity in Rotherham?
Academics is currently recruiting a dedicated and adaptable Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to work with a variety of welcoming primary schools across Rotherham, supporting both short-term cover and longer-term placements.
The Role:
As a KS1 Teacher in Rotherham, you will:
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate education and training to pupils in Key Stage 1.
- Support local primary schools through flexible temporary and long-term teaching assignments.
- Plan and deliver lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that supports early learning and development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
- Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
- The legal right to work in the UK.
