We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Year 5/6 Teacher – Year 5/6 Teacher – Year 5/6 Teacher to join a welcoming village primary school in the Cambridge, Cambridgeshire area from September on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, supportive school with a strong community feel, where staff work closely together to deliver high-quality teaching and create a positive learning environment for all pupils.

The school is accessible via public transport, with a bus stop directly outside. However, bus services are limited, so candidates who drive are preferred.
The Role – Year 5/6 Teacher
- Full class teacher responsibilities for a Year 5/6 class
- Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons aligned to the KS2 curriculum
- Assessing, tracking, and supporting pupil progress
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with a supportive teaching team

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching KS2 (Year 5/6 desirable)
- Strong behaviour management and classroom confidence
