About the role
As a Mould Marshall, you will play a vital role in improving living conditions for residents by tackling damp and mould issues in our properties. You will be responsible for removing damp and mould, applying mould treatments to walls and affected areas, and completing painting and decorating tasks as required. The role involves travelling to various locations across Camden to carry out scheduled and emergency works.
It is essential that all work complies with health and safety standards and the requirements of Awaabs Law. You will report any property defects or hazards promptly and maintain accurate records of all work completed to ensure compliance and transparency.
About you Labourer
You will have a full UK driving licence and experience in mould treatment within social housing or domestic settings, along with a background in property maintenance. You should be physically capable of carrying out manual tasks and have strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and Awaabs Law.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with residents and colleagues are key. Flexibility to respond to emergency callouts and work across various locations is also required.
