Legal for Landlords
The role: This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting team responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our new and existing Landlords.
You will support the Insurance Department by assisting Landlords in line with the company’s internal processes. The job’s purpose is to provide excellent customer service whilst obtaining and completing Insurance quotes and sales by contacting new and existing Landlords to offer a wide range of products.
The role is vital so that our landlords are provided with the best possible insurance products, whilst ensuring we adhere to all the systems and processes that are heavily regulated and remaining compliant. This will be done in accordance with the use of our in-house CRM system Salesforce and any other platforms that may be provided by our insurance partners. Previous experience of using Salesforce is preferred but not essential.
The person: Working within our vibrant office you will be providing landlord insurance as part of the Insurance Team. You must be a highly organised person who can easily pick up our internal processes and systems, whilst being comfortable in a busy environment. You must be confident when communicating amongst the clients as well as your colleagues.
We’re looking for someone who brings the following experience and qualities:
- Customer service or sales experience
- Experience of working in a busy sales environment
- Confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly
- Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
- Familiar with working in a compliant/regulated environment
- An Ability to build a strong rapport with Landlords is essential
- A great track record of meeting, and exceeding, KPI targets
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Confidence to manage your busy workload and resolve any issues professionally
- Confident in working in a fast paced and target-driven environment
- Have a great telephone manner. Able to build rapport, objection handle and close a sale
- You’ll also be a fast learner, able to demonstrate customer care, sales, and retention with a minimum of 6 months experience in all the above skills and PC-literate on all Microsoft applications
- Organised and confident in setting up new systems and sales processes
- Identifying the optimum methods to generate and convert lead opportunities

•Basic salary of between £25k to £28k dependant on experience
