*Team Leader – Hard & Soft Landscaping*
*Location:* Redhill & Surrounding Areas
*Contract:* Part-Time, with potential to move to Full-Time after probation

We’re an established and fast-growing property maintenance and landscaping company. We specialise in fencing, decking, paving, garden renovations, and full hard and soft landscaping. Quality workmanship and excellent customer service are at the heart of everything we do.
*The Role*
We’re looking for a hands-on, ambitious Team Leader to run day-to-day site operations and lead by example. This is a 50/50 role: delivering high-standard landscaping work while managing and supporting the on-site team. It’s a great opportunity to grow your career with a business that’s expanding.
*Key Responsibilities*
– *Site Management:* Oversee daily operations, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard
– *Hands-On Landscaping:* Carry out all aspects of hard and soft landscaping, including paving, groundworks, decking, fencing, and planting to design specifications
– *Project Estimating:* Visit prospective sites to measure, assess client needs, and report back to management for accurate quotations
– *Team Leadership:* Lead, motivate, and support crew members while maintaining strict compliance with health and safety standards
– *Client Relations:* Act as a professional point of contact on site, building strong client relationships
*Essential Requirements*
– Proven experience and high competence in all areas of hard and soft landscaping
– Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
– Full, clean UK driving licence – proof required
– Full, clean DBS check
– Portfolio of completed projects and professional references
*Desirable*
– Valid CSCS cards for plant machinery, chainsaw, etc.
– Bricklaying qualifications
– Relevant Health & Safety certifications
