The Role
This is a high-impact leadership position with a teaching commitment. You will:
- Drive and shape a whole-school approach to English, literacy and oracy
- Deliver a coherent, ambitious curriculum from early years to post-16
- Take on phase leadership responsibility (aligned to your experience)
- Coach, develop and inspire staff through modelling and CPD
- Use assessment intelligently to raise achievement for all learners
- Play a key role in whole-school improvement and strategic direction
