- Midlands (ideally within 1 hour of Coventry, with travel to sites across the region)
- £25,000- £45,000 Depending on experience
- Full-time, Permanent

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Garage Door Engineer / Installer to join a growing team. Working alongside a labourer, you will be responsible for the installation of a wide range of garage doors and associated products across both new build and existing residential properties throughout the Midlands.
Lead Garage Door Engineer / Installer Key Responsibilities:
Installation of garage doors including:
- Canopy doors
- Retractable doors
- Roller doors
- Sectional doors
- Side-hinged doors
- Occasional installation of front and side personnel doors
- Fitting trims and carrying out mastic finishing to a high standard
- Working safely and professionally on customer sites
- Leading installations and supporting the labourer assigned to your team
- Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and customer service
Lead Garage Door Engineer / Installer Skills Required:
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS Labourer Card (or willingness to obtain one with company support)
- Experience in site-based installation work
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and lead installations
- Previous experience installing garage doors or similar products
- Experience working on new-build developments and residential properties
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures
